Justin Kettle — Operations Manager

Justin began his career in the industry as a Field Engineer in 2012, gaining hands-on experience in the field before advancing to Project Manager, where he successfully led and delivered numerous large-scale projects. He joined Vault in 2017 as a Project Manager and has since transitioned into his current role as Operations Manager, focusing on mining, oil, and gas projects. His career progression has equipped him with deep industry knowledge and a diverse skill set, including risk management, resource allocation, technical analysis, strategic planning, and team leadership. Justin’s ability to optimize operational workflows and align project objectives with business goals has made him a key player in driving project success. Outside of work, Justin enjoys snowboarding, traveling, spending time in the great outdoors, and cherishing moments with his wife and two sons.

Alex Eichhorn — Operations Manager

Alex has been a key member of the Vault Group since 2018, overseeing BC operations across diverse sectors including oil & gas, infrastructure, and mining. With a strong commitment to operational excellence and efficiency, Alex thrives in managing technically complex projects. He is dedicated to maintaining strict project controls, ensuring top-tier quality, and keeping budgets on track. Before stepping into management, he gained hands-on experience as a field engineer for large EPCM contractors in oil & gas and infrastructure. Outside of work, Alex enjoys woodworking and spending quality time with his family, including his two young daughters.

Brett Hennig – Director of Construction

Brett has a proven 13-year track record in construction management, estimating, contract management, and project management for midstream pipeline construction projects in Alberta. After working as a project engineer and manager for over a decade on field projects, he successfully scouted, estimated, negotiated, and executed single concurrent projects with an excess construction value of $100 million. In a contract manager role, he worked directly with a team of project managers to ensure awarded projects were completed successfully and under budget by assisting with identifying, documenting, and negotiating changes in scope to ensure changes were handled and tracked fairly and effectively. Outside of work, Brett enjoys worldwide travel, snowboarding, and is an avid Oilers fan.

Andy Tizzard

Andy Tizzard – Renewables Manager

Andy has spent nearly 20 years in industrial electrical construction. He started his thriving career as a Red Seal electrician and quickly moved into project and corporate management, gaining significant experience in the energy sector. A little over five years ago, he developed a passion for the ever-evolving renewables industry, exploring a new and stimulating career path. This led to the creation of the new Vault Renewables team. By handpicking industry leaders in skill, innovation, and ability, he has been able to build a team of professionals with a shared passion. As the Renewables Manager for Vault, Andy looks forward to a purposeful future and strives to change the “how” and “why” for an industry that can do better for employees and clients equally. Exceeding his career passions are his amazing wife and family, who share his passions for travel, nature, and building memories. 

Dragan Pljuco – Operations Manager

With 16 years of experience in the energy sector, Dragan has maintained focus and growth in the ever-evolving electrical construction industry. With a foundation of long-standing success in oil and gas, Dragan has built an industry-wide reputation based on safety, quality, and efficiency. With a passion for renewable generation, Dragan was able to apply and adapt this foundation to the new and evolving industry of utility-scale renewables. His deep commitment to “building better” is fostered by his passion to do better for his family, co-workers, clients, and the industry as a whole. However, raising his young family is his true passion and strongest driver.

Andrew Mcilwraith – Construction Manager

With a proven ability to create ultra effective on-site teams, Andrew has established himself as a true leader within construction management. He knows that great results happen when committed and invested people are paired with forward thinking, solution-based decision-making. With a unique talent for offering solution-based results, Andrew offers his clients and projects a highly sought-after skillset. With a strong oil and gas background, he has been able to ensure our leading standards of quality and safety continue to be the core of our success in new markets and industries. Off the job, Andrew strives to be close to nature with family and friends.
